Easter Retreat

FOUR DAYS RETREAT ON BREATHING MEDITATION APPLIED TO EMOTIONS

If you'd like to enjoy the days off during this eastern week learning ancestral breathing habits, I invite you to this breathing meditation retreat and its relationship with human emotions.

The scheduled date is from April 27 to 31, and every day I'll guide four breathing sessions and meditations focused on a specific emotion or feeling, with the aim of learning emotional management tools to strengthen emotional management, self-knowledge, and mental health.

Each breathing pattern in the program, as well as its associated meditations, is the result of a very ancient tradition of that yoga that few know, and which is characterized by an entirely secular, scientific and respiratory approach to what we know today as the nervous system, and to the most emotional part of the mind.

PROGRAM

March 27 – Entrance to the place between 4:00PM-5:00PM.
6:00PM – Dinner and group meeting.
8:00PM-9:00PM – Breathing meditation for the Pineal gland.

All other days:

4:30AM-6.00AM – Breathing meditation at dawn and talk about the topic of the day.
7:00AM-7:30AM – Breakfast.
11:00AM-12:30PM – Ancient Yoga.
12:30PM-1:00PM – Lunch.
5:00PM-6:00PM – Breathing meditation at sunset.
6:00PM-6:30PM – Light dinner.
8:00PM-9:00PM – Breathing Meditation for the Pineal Gland.

Topics per day:

March 28 – The emotional void.
March 29 – Attachment and anger.
March 30 – Emotional balance.
March 31 – Nervous balance (the retreat ends this day after lunch)

SILENT RETREAT

There will be a silent retreat on March 30, which will begin with the night meditation on March 29, and ends during the sunrise meditation on the 31st.

Silent retreats have existed since ancient times with the aim of codifying the habit of feeling and exploring our emotions in a very, very deep way. In that sense it is like literally launching a sensory amplifier within us.

Details on how exactly we will practice silence will be explained at the beginning of the retreat. For now, it is important to note that silence implies not only not speaking, but also not writing, not reading or using the telephone, from the night of Friday the 29th to the morning of Sunday the 31st.

"Wisdom provides a vision that configures life according to the sense that serves as the foundation of everything that is"
– I-Ching –

MEALS

The retreat includes vegetarian food (no vegan or gluten-free menu), with fresh ingredients and meals prepared to order by chef Silvia Martínez.

The meals are specially designed to navigate the depth of the retreat with a light digestive system. This means full breakfasts and lunches, along with light dinners.

There will be coffee and tea for those who wish.

The glass is neither half full nor half empty. The glass has a content which varies constantly, just like your perception and life itself.
