From April 6 to May 5 (30 consecutive days)
Disclaimer: This program is practical in nature and does not replace medical evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment of sleep disorders. In many cases, these conditions require the support of healthcare professionals (not coaches), such as psychiatrists or neurologists. If you are currently undergoing medical treatment for sleep disorders, consult with your healthcare provider before starting this program to determine if it can be integrated as an appropriate complement to your therapy.
THE PROGRAM
Unfortunately, going to sleep these days is no longer about closing our eyes to rest: it's about going crazy with fears and worries.
Sleep, once a biological, intimate, and natural act, has today become an emotional phantom we try to forcibly neutralize. But amidst all this obsession with surviving the night, there is an ancient alternative to return to the effectiveness of the simplest things: meditation.
In this course, we will meditate for 1 hour daily during 30 days, either before bed or at dawn. We will use ancient breathing and meditation techniques that have been helping people release their excess emotional stress for thousands of years, reminding them what it's like to simply surrender to the vast darkness of night.
The goal is that, over the course of 30 days, you will clearly experience what meditation truly means, what it means to sleep better, what it means to wake up feeling refreshed, and what it truly means to breathe consciously. No phones. Just silence, your body, the peace of the dark part of the day, and genuine rest.
In addition, those who complete 30 Days Meditating will have free access to the Live Meditation program, a 4-week course on breathing meditation and somatic movement planned for the second half of 2026.
"The night is as important a school as that of the day. We just have to learn to move in its dynamics, which is completely different"
– Sri Aurobindo –
"Meditation is by you, of you, and in you"
– Ramana Maharshi –
The course has been continuously improved over the past 6 years, since its initial 21-day program during the pandemic.
The result: a surgically engineered program designed to help you improve your sleep quality through breathing meditation, lasting 30 days — one daily 1-hour session (online) live via Zoom (all sessions will be recorded).
You can do it before going to sleep, late after midnight, or just before sunrise, depending on where you are. In the past, participants from South America and Europe have practiced together live, with very good results.
Both the techniques and their theory are progressively developed over 30 days, taking care of each part of the process so that the experience is light, simple and subtle, adapting it to the tranquility of the night, the silence of dawn, or the energy of sunrise.
The course is introductory to the secrets of breathing meditation, and open to all people, whether they have meditated before or not.
As theoretical support you will receive material in PDF format with all the information on the meditation techniques and breathing patterns practiced.
Part of the material includes the Guide of The Yoga of Sleep and Dreams, which explains the different levels of dream consciousness, the origin of the images we dream about, and the importance of processing said content through breathing meditation, before going to sleep and at dawn.
In all sessions before meditating, there's a brief talk about the technical and historical aspects of the breathing exercise of the day, as well as the benefits of night meditation in the field of emotions.
Every 7 days there will be 2 review sessions: one practical and one theoretical-practical (each of 1 hour), so that the techniques become as clear as possible within the meditative experience of the participants.
"Nights through dreams help us understand and process the myths forgotten by the day"
– Carl Jung –
"Be aware of your own thought process. Silently observe your motives, your emotional reactions, and don't simply say 'I know myself very well', because that's not actually the case. You can know your reactions and motives superficially, at a conscious level, but really 'Knowing Yourself' is something more subtle that involves a deeper inquiry without an end in mind. This inquiry is meditation"
– Krishnamurti –
