AN INTIMATE SPACE OF PRACTICAL GATHERINGS AND TALKS TO LEARN TO LOVE OURSELVES MORE, WHILE WE LIVE (ONLINE)

From November 23 to December 7.

In a small group, we will gather to explore different forms of meditation that allow us to inhabit the body, observe what we feel, think more clearly, and expand our sensitivity to each internal facet of who we are.

The program has been designed as an opportunity to live life from a sensory perspective, where the peace that dwells in the body opens access to the wisdom, confidence, and the structure that strengthen our security and self-love.

The practice will be diverse: breathing meditation, writing, somatic movement and meditative silence. All aimed at helping you recognize your unique way of connecting with yourself.

Your joys, your frustrations, your strengths, your anxieties, your thoughts, your vitality... everything is welcomed, because each part will be given the value it deserves, reminding you that life is worth loving in all its present manifestations.

LOVING MY LIFE is an invitation to give root to the love nourishing our existence, and to experience it in a real and concrete way while living whatever needs to be lived.

THE 3 PRACTICAL GATHERINGS (2.5 hrs. each)

1. LOVING MY BODY

This gathering is an invitation to discover the vital force that is revealed when we inhabit the body with attention and respect.

The body is a living territory where the energy sustaining mental clarity and emotional balance, breathes. Learning to consciously experience it opens you to a constant source of serenity and inner power.

Through breathing meditation practices in the form of physical exercises, you will activate the energy centers that nourish your vitality. The body then becomes fertile ground where willpower, clarity and love flourish, in a dynamic and participatory approach that places it at the center of the experience.

2. LOVING MY MIND

In this other gathering, we recognize the mind as one of our greatest allies, a subtle and powerful instrument for navigating this material existence.

Through breathing and meditation practices (static and dynamic), we'll discover how to guide your movements toward a calmer state. When the mind finds calm, thinking becomes organized, imagination becomes creative, and decision-making power is strengthened.

By applying the practices of the encounter to your routine, you will gradually discover how each moment of meditation opens the possibility for your mind to become a space of trust, clearing your horizons, and revealing a clearer vision of yourself in life.

Loving the mind means learning to be grateful for the gift of its lucidity, its creativity, and its ability to guide our path.

3. HARMONIZING MY EMOTIONS

This third gathering is to delve into the invisible territory of emotions, that internal force guiding our decisions, shaping our relationships, and opening paths of self-knowledge.

The body provides direct experience; the mind offers understanding. By integrating them, emotions find a clearer channel, capable of sustaining us with serenity in the midst of everyday life.

Through specific breathing practices and meditations, we will explore how each emotion can become a resource of wisdom. Only then does human emotionality cease to be an obstacle and become a bridge to a more fulfilling life with ourselves and those around us.

LOVING MY LIFE is just that: loving the body, loving the mind, and giving emotions the harmony they deserve.

GENERAL DYNAMICS

What we will experience in the 3 practical gatherings.

Each gathering is a practical space where we will explore dynamic meditations, brain-motor strengthening exercises, and ancestral breathing patterns. The body and mind will be our territory of experimentation, activating energy, balance, and inner clarity.

What we will share in the 2 discussions (1 hr. each)

Intended to be a space for intimate and reflective conversation.

We will transform what we experience into useful tools for daily life: how to calm down during moments of tension, how to open a more conscious dialogue with our emotions, and how to turn our breathing into a daily source of self-knowledge.

SUPPORT MATERIAL

You will receive a PDF manual with the practices and topics covered in the meetings, as well as complementary illustrations and explanations that connect with psychology and neuroscience.

That way, you can continue practicing on your own, understanding not only what you're doing, but also how emotional transformation occurs within your body and mind.

Consistency, combined with theoretical understanding and direct experience, makes breathing a solid path to emotional balance and a more peaceful life.

FORMAT

Live via Zoom. All sessions will be recorded.

FEE — US$145 per person (US$130 before October 15 for early registration).

– Or, US$100 for 'meditating elephants' with a certificate from one of the Human Being training programs.

– Both fees include all gatherings, discussions, PDF support materials, and recordings.

How to prepare for Loving my Life?

– Choose comfortable clothing that allows you to move and breathe freely.

– The location where you take the course should preferably be private so you feel comfortable doing the dynamic exercises, with enough space to move, jump, dance...

– It's recommended to have an empty stomach and advanced digestion; that is, not to have eaten anything at least 2 hours before each session.

– Have water or tea on hand to accompany the practice.

– Allow yourself to enter the sessions as if they were a break in your routine: a moment just for you, where time slows down and becomes more intimate.

– At the end of the program, you will have clear and applicable breathing and meditation practices to cultivate balance in your body, mind, and daily life.

Other points to consider.

– The program is only for those 21 and older (and will be conducted in spanish).

– The entire program must be completed, as the sessions and discussions are interconnected (remember that all content will be recorded).

– Cancellation policy: The fee is non-refundable, but if for any reason you cannot attend the program, remember it will be recorded so you can watch it later at your own pace.
