An online program, live and in a completely personal (1:1) format, created to accompany you in learning a simple, deep, and human meditation practice.
Throughout the process, you'll learn ancient breathing patterns and meditations from scratch that will transform the way you relate to yourself, your solitude, and the world. It doesn't matter if you've never meditated before: this space is designed to help you build a deep and sustainable habit.
More than a personal program, it's an intimate space where practice intertwines with dialogue, reflection, and philosophical learning.
For four weeks, you'll explore your breath as a concrete tool for personal connection. Because beyond meditation, it's also about understanding what happens inside you, physiologically, when you meditate.
– How does it work?
The program lasts a total of four weeks.
Each week includes:
(i) Three live sessions, one hour each.
(ii) Extra-class meditative practices assigned to be done alone, integrating the habit from direct experience.
– What will you learn?
In each session, you will receive ancient breathing and meditation techniques, approached from a theoretical-practical perspective that combines history and basic physiology of breathing meditation. You will understand everything you practice not only from the physical experience, but also from the theoretical basis that supports the exercises in this program.
– Where and how?
Sessions are held live via Zoom. And if you want to do it with someone else, you can share the workshop from the same device, without changing the registration fee.
– A method based on simple meditation practices to establish a daily meditation habit.
– Breathing patterns to learn how to use our breath as a meditative resource.
– Topics related to the practice, theory, and history of breathing meditation.
WEEK 1
– Basic principles of breathing meditation (expansion, contraction, rest, purification)
– Nervous system and glands involved in breathing meditation practice.
– Triangular breathing patterns.
– Breathing pattern for balance.
WEEK 2
– Classical-poetic and scientific interpretations of breathing meditation.
– Detachment and empowerment as tools for human evolution according to ancient philosophy.
– Balancing breathing patterns, using the body in specific postures.
WEEK 3
– Virtuosity and self-love as tools for human evolution according to ancient philosophy.
– Sexual energy, creativity, and wisdom.
– Breathing patterns for glandular strengthening and serenity.
– Breathing pattern for energy balance.
* ABOUT WEEK 4: this week will be a general review, both theoretical and practical, as well as questions and answers.

Live via Zoom. All sessions are recorded.

– At the end of the program you will have solid breathing and meditation tools that will help you establish a meditation habit.
– This program is available in English.
– Although there is a theoretical component, 80% of the entire program is practical. The theory only comes to complement the practical experience of each participant, so that they know what exactly they are doing, and how the transformations happen inside their body and mind.
– Sessions must be scheduled at the same time/days, every week (i.e., during the 4 weeks, the days and times cannot be different each week), with the objective of assigning extra-class practices that allow incorporating the habit of meditation into the daily routine, which will be key to integrating the desired objectives within the physical and mental systems in each person.
– The program is only for people over 21 years of age.
– Modo Elefante is a meditation center, not therapy. People suffering from depression, psychiatric/mental pathologies or addictions of any type, please consider other options since the program lacks the human, medical and technological resources to treat such situations.
– But in relation to the above, if you are under psychological or psychiatric treatment, you can ask your therapist or doctor for approval of this program. I have worked this way with a large number of people, obtaining excellent results.
