Year-End Retreat

For this end of the year, I want to do a different retreat, much simpler but equally profound, always within the framework of breathing meditation and its influence on human emotions.

The scheduled date is from December 27 to January 1 (with the option to stay longer), and every day I will guide three breathing sessions plus one of ancient yoga.

Each person is free to decide the sessions they want to attend. Otherwise, you can distribute your free time as you like, either using the meditative spaces within the property, writing, reading, meditating on your own, going out to visit the town, or bathing in the river where I usually go at dawn…

Each day I will share breathing patterns and meditations focused on a specific emotion.

The objective of this is to learn emotional management tools that accompany us throughout the year that is about to begin.

So, this would be the program:

December 27, entrance to the place. That day there’ll be a night meditation for the Pineal gland at 8:00 PM.

All other days:

4:30AM-6.00AM – Breathing meditation at dawn and talk about the topic of the day.
11:00AM-12:30PM – Ancient Yoga
5:30PM-6:30PM – Breathing meditation at sunset
8:00PM-9:00PM – Breathing Meditation for the Pineal Gland

Topics per day:

December 28 – Sadness
December 29 – Anger / resentment
December 30 – Emotional balance
December 31 – The glandular strengthening
January 1 – Serenity (this day ends with the breathing meditation at sunset)

December 31: whoever wishes can make their own silent retreat from the sunset meditation until the morning of the following day January 1.

I will also lead a special meditation this day from 11:30 PM to 12:30 AM to receive the year meditating.

– Another important element to take into account is the invitation to join in practicing intermittent fasting by eating a soft diet twice a day. It will be coordinated here with the interested people, since the type of food will depend on the habits and lifestyle of each participant.

– As the dry season is probably more entrenched at this time, the campfire area will always be available.

– The retreat is of an introspective nature and at the same time gives freedom to the participants to live it as it best resonates with them as the days go by.

– All rooms have their own bathroom and shared kitchen.

– Kitchens have refrigerators and basic utensils – no microwaves. There is a kitchen for every three rooms (the program does not include meals)

– All styles are welcome: vegan, vegetarian and non-vegetarian.

US$450 p/person in a single room.
US$400 p/person in a double room (if you come with someone else)
